Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We only offer exchanges for a different size or item of equal value.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery or pickup
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photo proof.
Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected.
Local Delivery & Pickup:
For orders completed through local delivery or in-person pickup, exchanges must be arranged by appointment only.
Customers must contact us to schedule a pickup or meetup for the exchange. Do not arrive without confirmation.
Customers may return items for exchange via:
• Scheduled pickup/meetup, or
• Shipping the item back at their own cost
We do not offer pickup for exchanges unless scheduled. Additional delivery or meetup fees may apply if a new delivery is requested.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
